Planet Earth (IMDB)
Planet Earth was an amazing documentary. It showed rare occurences in nature and rare
animals. The stunning scenery puts you in awe of nature and gives you a whole new appreciation
for it. It is one of the main things that inspired me to create this site.

This book discusses whether or not animals can think and have consciousness. It gives examples

Walking with Dinosaurs (IMDB)
Walking with Dinosaurs was a great TV series about life during the time of the dinosaurs. It
may not have much to do with protecting the environment today, but it is still interesting to learn
about. Walking with Dinosaurs is created like a documentary, with "live" footage of CGI
dinosaurs and a narrator explaining what is going on. I would also recommend its prequel,
Walking with Monsters and its sequel, Walking with Prehistoric Beasts, which are about the
times before and after the dinosaurs.
