JGAAP Author Quick Test

A modification of the open source Java Graphical Authorship Attribution Program (JGAAP) software, used by the Institute for Thomas Paine Studies at Iona College to aid in the classification of authorship of documents written anonymously during the time of Thomas Paine.

Basic Weka Preprocessing

Used for interdisciplinary research between the Computer Science and Chemistry departments to perform basic preprocessing on CSV files containing data on near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) spectra. The processed data can be outputted as CSV or ARFF, which can be loaded into the Weka machine learning software (developed by the University of Waikato).

Spectra Point Picker

Used for interdisciplinary research between the Computer Science and Chemistry departments. Implements an algorithm to pick points from near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) spectra that may work well in differentiating between different spectra.
