Hover over a fish to see its name.

Shift+Click a fish to select it.

Once a fish is selected, click a place on the map to make it swim there.

You can click on multiple places to add the destinations to the fish's queue.

Click the "+" button to add a new fish.

Click on the fish image in that panel to toggle through fish types.
